Het appartement is prachtig, schoon, ruim, nieuw, modern, koelkast met vriesvak, regendouche, al het noodzakelijke is aanwezig om er een fijn verblijf van te maken. Er is mogelijkheid om buiten te zitten, parkeerplaats dichtbij. Contact met verhuurder verliep goed. Op loopafstand 3 grote supermarkten en een DM. Centrum van Bad Munstereifel is erg mooi, veel te doen en te zien, ook in de omgeving.
Airconditioning werkte niet, terwijl dit wel vermeld stond in advertentie, waren wel 2 ventilators aanwezig. Slaapkamer heeft een dakraam dat licht door laat, maar niet open kan. Koekenpan slechte kwaliteit, en een bezem, of stoffer en blik met steel was fijn geweest.
