I would like to recommend Jarin from the Housekeeping team for the excellent service and dedication. He is hardworking, responsible and always ensures that the rooms and the hotel areas are kept clean and well maintained. Najmul from Front Office is friendly, helpful when assisting guests. Both Jarin and Najmul are valuable team members who work well with their colleagues and contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

I got the room for RM40+/night (discount from Agoda) within Golden Triangle area, spent less than RM100 for 2 nights, intended to get a room just to sleep & shower. I got a room that was clean enough for me, quite, fulfilled my objectives; I have nothing to complain. The receptionist girl (Zairin?, if I'm not mistaken), she was good; cheerful, helpful & responsible. This hotel is actually a "new hotel". They just switched the owner/management, so they are trying this kind of promotion (low price) to get more customers. So if you're travelling solo or even with your partner and you want a room just to rest, it's recommended.
