The Estate Villa at Dresser Winery is a luxurious 6,300 s.f. private retreat in the heart of Paso Robles Wine Country, set atop a 25-acre working vineyard and winery. The Villa was recently renovated with high-end furnishings, plush linens, and stunning gathering spaces. Whether you’re sipping wine overlooking the vines, relaxing by the resort-style pool, or indulging in a private tasting, your time here will be nothing short of unforgettable. The property is perfect for family & friend gatherings, wine country getaways, or intimate special events. The home sleeps 10-12 people with a total of 5 bedrooms (2 king beds, 3 queen, and 2 twin rollaway beds available upon request) and 6 bathrooms (4 of them being en suites). You will find a sunken bar inside the large living room, 3 fireplaces throughout the house (living room, library bedroom, and master bedroom), spa-like master bath with large rain head shower and private sauna, large master walk in closet/room, chef-inspired fully stocked kitchen, and marble floors throughout the common areas. Every room in the house has access to extraordinary views and/or access to the breathtaking exterior living space. The exterior spaces were designed for outdoor living to the fullest with an immaculately landscaped backyard with pool and waterfall, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor kitchen, chef’s garden and citrus grove. New Feature just added- pool heating is available upon request prior to your stay for an additional fee. The Estate is perfect for those that want a private getaway while enjoying the amenities at the property or for those wanting to explore Paso. The property is just 10 minutes to downtown and even closer to other Wineries and local destinations. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control. - There may be wildlife on site, including insects, both inside and outside. - Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee. Please notify us at least 2 days before arrival. - A *$1,000 security deposit* is required for all bookings, including short-term stays (STR). Parking Details: - Please make sure you park only in the designated property parking locations. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
