Two large bedrooms with generous wardrobes and dressers, comfortable queen-size beds with high-quality 20 cm mattresses, pillows of varying firmness, bedspreads, duvets, and extra blankets. One of the bedrooms can accommodate an additional single bed for a fifth guest;
A living room with a sofa, TV, dining table and chairs, an original 1960s bookcase, and beautiful indoor plants;
A fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Bialetti coffee maker, kettle with tea and herbal infusions, and all the utensils needed for cooking;

Just steps away is the stunning Parco degli Acquedotti, part of the Parco Archeologico dell'Appia Antica. This remarkable park, featured in numerous films, is the perfect place to relax among majestic Roman aqueducts and ancient ruins dating back to the 1st century AD.
Only one metro stop away, you can visit the world-famous Cinecittà Studios, the legendary center of Italian cinema. In just seven minutes by metro (Arco di Travertino station), you can explore the fascinating Tombs of Via Latina, dating from the 1st–2nd century AD, and continue on to the historic Appian Way, the legendary "Regina Viarum" (Queen of Roads).

Ciampino Airport can be reached in just 15 minutes by car or taxi, or by public transportation using bus line 520.
