About this house rental
Cozy holiday home in rural surroundings with a short distance to beach and marina. Great hiking opportunities in forest and mountains, both summer and winter. The cottage consists of a hallway, open kitchen, living room and one bedroom, as well as an annex. The cottage is well equipped with a stove, microwave, coffee maker, waffle iron and a small wood stove. In the living room there is a large fireplace for cozy moments in front of an open flame. Bedroom with double bed and bunk bed. Bathroom/laundry room in the basement with shower/washbasin and washing machine, entrance from the outside. Somewhat low ceiling height in the basement (ca. 1.90 cm). On the plot there is a large annex with a double bed and sofa bed. The cottage has a spacious south-facing veranda where you can enjoy the morning sun with a view of the fjord. Fishing is popular from land and boats. It is possible to rent a boat locally by calling +47 908 30 171. Leksvik is a hidden gem with great hiking terrain both summer and winter and great opportunities for fishing; boat rental can be arranged with the landlord. In Trøa sports park there is a Disc golf course recommended for both professionals and beginners. Munkstigen (Via Ferrata) is only a short drive away. In Leksvik center you will find shops, restaurants, etc.
