The accommodation is located in a very well-connected area, just 100 metres from Pinar de Chamartín metro station, which allows quick and convenient access to the city centre and other key points in Madrid. Its location is ideal, as it is close to IFEMA, one of the city's main exhibition venues.
Furthermore, in the surrounding area there are important hospitals such as La Paz, as well as the Four Towers complex and Plaza Castilla, one of Madrid's most prominent business areas. All of this in a peaceful, safe environment with all necessary services within a short distance.
Furthermore, the excellent location, close to Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport and Chamartín Station, guarantees quick and comfortable connections, with the added advantage of having free street parking in the area.
The study:
The studio is designed to offer comfort and functionality in one space. Each one has a double bed and a single sofa bed.
The bathroom is complete and features a modern shower tray. The American kitchen and living room are integrated into the same area as the bed, creating an open space. Despite being a single environment, the layout is designed so that each area has its own use, perfectly combining rest, kitchen and living area.
The accommodation features a smoke detector for added safety.
You have a WiFi repeater that improves coverage throughout the home.

Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp.
During this process, a reading of the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be made to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.
Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.
