Family manor house of 370m² set on 5 hectares of parkland, 1h30 from Paris, 1h from Auxerre and 1h from Troyes. A real family home, with its history, its thick walls and its large tables.

The manor house is built around large generous spaces designed to welcome family and friends in comfort. On the first floor: a fully equipped kitchen, a huge living room with living and dining room, an independent dining room, an entrance hall with dressing room for coats and shoes, and a wide corridor giving access to the outdoor spaces.
Seven large bedrooms with cupboards and storage, three large shower rooms, four toilets. A top-of-the-range bike with connected screen is available on site.
Outside: private swimming pool, tennis court, Several terraces, one of which opens directly onto the large pond - ideal for sunrises and sunsets. Garden furniture and barbecue, petanque court, a large pond, chicken coop and organic vegetable garden - vegetables are available to travellers depending on the season.
The 5-hectare park is made up of several distinct areas: corners to isolate yourself, play areas, paths to walk, and viewpoints of the horses in freedom. Benches are scattered throughout the park to sit, read, or simply enjoy the calm.
Handing over the keys in person and tour of the owner on each arrival.

The person in charge of feeding the horses also comes every day with discretion.
