(Please note that due to the passage between two buildings, access may vary depending on the size of the vehicle. Experience has shown that vehicles up to "Golf class" have no problems reaching the courtyard. For all other vehicles, however, there is enough space to park on the street in front of the house). Shops and discounters are within walking distance. Restaurants and the Nordseepassage in the city centre are also within easy reach and can be visited on a short walk. Of course, a walk along the Südstrand promenade with its numerous cafés or a visit to the Marienmuseum or the aquarium located there is also a must.
