The villa, located in an area of absolute tranquillity and silence, ideal for a relaxing holiday, has a large garden with a covered porch and barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining, as well as a children's playground and table tennis table.
The jewel of the garden is the infinity pool (fenced, 12x6 m, up to 150 cm deep, heated on request, open from May to September).
Situated in a very quiet area, the 500 m² villa is divided into two independent flats, one for 8 guests and the other for 14. There are 10 bedrooms with private bathrooms and a tower with two single beds.
Both flats extend over two floors.
Flat for 8 guests: ground floor with living/dining room with fireplace, fully equipped open kitchen (gas cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, American coffee maker, mocha coffee maker, toaster, blender, juicer, kettle, dishwasher) and 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom, each with private bathroom with shower. First floor: 2 double rooms with canopy, each with bathroom with shower.
Flat for 14 persons: Ground floor with large living room, fully equipped open kitchen (gas cooker, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, American coffee maker, moka, toaster, blender, juicer, kettle, dishwasher), fireplace, dining area and 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom, each with private bathroom with shower. On the first floor are 4 double bedrooms with canopies, each with private bathroom with shower. Access to the tower, where there are two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
