These two units are located in the same building, with a combined total of 4 bedrooms (three bedroom unit plus a studio unit), sleeping up to 16 guests—an ideal setup for large groups, families, or friends looking to stay close while enjoying their own space.

Together, these retreats place you in the heart of East Nashville, a vibrant neighborhood known for its eclectic dining, local coffee shops, and buzzing live music venues. Downtown Broadway is just a short ride away, where legendary honky-tonks and cultural landmarks await.

Guests can take advantage of the on-site gym, equipped with a Peloton bike and an Echelon mirror—perfect for keeping up with your routine before heading out. When the day winds down, head up to the building's shared rooftop terrace — a wide-open spot with skyline views, plenty of seating, and the kind of golden-hour glow that makes you want to linger. Morning coffee, evening cocktails, late-night conversations under the Tennessee sky: it earns its keep.

Hearth & Hideout
Step inside and the layout opens up easy and bright — a sun-filled living area that flows into a fully equipped kitchen, with barstool seating at the counter. The design leans into that warm-meets-elevated feel: soft textures, considered details, and natural light pouring through every room. The primary suite features a queen bed and ensuite bath for a private retreat, a second bedroom offers two full beds, and a third room has a queen-over-queen bunk. A second full bath and in-unit washer and dryer keep group stays seamless.

Lischey Loft
With bold design touches and a cozy, open layout, this stylish studio is ideal for smaller groups looking to recharge between city adventures. The queen-over-queen bunk bed sleeps four, while the inviting living space features a sleeper sofa, large TV, modern fireplace, and plenty of room to unwind. A full kitchen and dining area make meals at home simple and enjoyable.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Parking Details:
- Parking is available in an open, unassigned lot on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no set limit on the number of vehicles per reservation.
- Street parking is also available — please be sure to follow posted street signs.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
