Newly built in traditional Istrian style, this holiday home with pool is located in Valkarin, a beautiful little village near Porec. The nearest beach and center of the Poreč is about 4km away.The romantic villa offers everything you need for an unforgettable holiday in Istria. It is spacious and comfortably furnished. With four bedrooms, it can accommodate up to eight people.The four bedrooms have three double beds and two twin beds. Furthermore, there are three bathrooms, a living and dining area and a very modern, fully equipped kitchen. Free Wi-Fi is available.After a long day at the seaside, the villa's terrace and pool invite you to relax and sunbathe. Despite the proximity to the most popular resort of Istria, Poreč, the house offers peace and privacy. And if it gets too quiet, Poreč leaves few holiday wishes unfulfilled, whether you are traveling with family or friends. One of the newest attractions in Poreč is one of the best and largest water parks in Croatia, the Aquacolors. There is regular and live music in the area.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The Villa Lenny is not for rent to youth groups and student groups. The villa is only rented for vacation purposes. Surroundings is quiet and peaceful and we would like to stay that way. Celebrations and parties are not allowed in the villa. Holding parties and other gatherings with more than the number of persons booked, is not allowed. If in doubt contact the owner.
