When you book with Sierra Vacation Rentals, we make sure you`ll have everything you need during your stay. Your unit will include toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, coffee, tea, coffee filters, sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper, aluminium in foil, saran wrap, garbage bags, dish soap and laundry detergent.

*Please note that the pool and hot tub is only open between mid-May and beginning of October. The dates are determined by strata and do vary. I will not be responsible if they aren`t open when scheduled *

Guests have full access to the entire unit, as well as the private gym, pool, hot tub and all of the amenities the building offers. You also have access to one underground parking stall. If your vehicle does not fit then you will need to park in paid residential parking. This is first come, first serve.

The Aqua Building is ideally located on Lakeshore Drive, directly beside the Cook Road Boat Launch and just a short walk to Rotary Beach and Gyro Beach. Enjoy easy access to Okanagan Lake, waterfront walking paths, parks, and local amenities. A car is not necessary to enjoy your stay. The Aqua Building is located in Kelowna`s walkable Lower Mission neighbourhood, with beaches, restaurants, cafés, parks, and shops all within walking distance. Public transit stops are conveniently located along Lakeshore Drive, providing easy access to downtown Kelowna, the waterfront, shopping centres, and other attractions. Ride-sharing services and taxis are readily available, and the city`s extensive waterfront and cycling paths make it easy to explore the area on foot or by bike.
We love dogs, but unfortunately pets are not permitted for short-term guests due to strata regulations. Violations may result in a $500 fine and immediate eviction.

Aqua is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking, vaping, and cannabis use are prohibited anywhere on the property, including inside the unit, on balconies, and in all common areas. A $200 fine plus any applicable cleaning costs will be charged for violations.

To ensure a smooth arrival, we kindly ask that all guests plan to check in before 8:00 PM whenever possible. Calls and after-hours assistance after 8:00 PM are reserved for emergencies only.

Each property also includes a comprehensive welcome book with everything you need to know about the home, including Wi-Fi information, property details, helpful instructions, and our recommendations for local restaurants, activities, attractions, and services.
