Everything you might need is within a 10 min drive: beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacy…
They feature the epicenter of life in the summer months and have been designed accordingly, throughout large and beautifully maintained garden. Apart from the carefully curated planted area all around the house, you will find a private swimming pool surrounded with wooden deck and comfortable sunbeds where you can relax during the day. And in the evening enjoy your drink and dinner at the al fresco dining area and kitchen. An outdoor shower facility is available, as well as a bbq and wood oven. We also have a private garage and additional space for 2 cars in front of the property.

Kitchen: The kitchen of the villa is fully equipped and yours to use at all times. Kitchenware and various appliances (fridge, cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, water boiler etc.) will be at your disposal and the separate pantry room will certainly give you enough space to prepare your favorite meals. The stairs leading to the first floor takes you to the bedrooms area, there are 3 of them with comfortable large beds and own ac-units to provide you with highest level of comfort. There is also a private balcony in each room, overlooking the sea. All bedrooms are very spacious and homey and master bedroom is equipped with own TV. Last bedroom is located on the ground floor next to the bathroom also equipped with large comfortable bed . Extras: Additionally to a large and luxurious bathroom, upstairs you will also find a large walk in closet, an office space and a separate laundry room.
