From the flat's large patio, you immerse yourself in nature in an 800 square metre garden and a silent, centuries-old forest of oaks and holm oaks.
It consists of a living-dining room with a double sofa bed with a regular mattress, a modular kitchen with appliances, well equipped with dishes and a dishwasher. A double bedroom and a small bedroom with two single beds 90 x 190 cm. The functional and comfortable bathroom consists of: washbasin, bidet, toilet and large shower with cubicle. The flat is also equipped with mosquito nets. A barbecue for charcoal is also available in the flat.

The flat is equipped with TV- SAT, WIFI, safe, washing machine and independent heating and AIR CONDITIONING.
In the immediate vicinity of the village are: Monteverdi Marittimo which is Km. 5 away, Sassetta 5 and Suvereto Km. 19, Castagneto Carducci Km. 10, Bolgheri Km. 12, Marina di Donoratico and its splendid sea Km. 15.
