The Avon Lodge offers 1200 square foot internal space perfect for larger families and groups with four bedrooms. These superb lodges offer a central living area design offering a master bedroom suite on one side of the lodge incorporating a large king sized bed, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite facilities. This bedroom suite also has double patio doors leading out onto the outdoor decking area, perfect for taking a quick dip into the hot tub first thing in the morning. The second double bedroom also offers ensuite facilities and double patio doors leading onto the decked area. In addition, there are two further bedrooms, a king/twin room and a twin only room.
The spacious central open plan living area features a high spec kitchen with island breakfast bar, dining table and lounge with contemporary furnishings incorporating a stylish media wall offering a great range of live television and streaming services. The two double patio doors allow natural light to flood in, both of which open out onto your private decked area with bubbling hot tub and outdoor furniture to relax and take in the peaceful surroundings. All lodges offer a garden area providing seclusion and sense of privacy from neighbours. No Pets.
