About this apartment rental
Luz means light, and you’ll see why I chose the name. This freshly renovated end-unit condo at The Greens at Ventana Canyon has beautiful natural light, Catalina Mountain views, and no upstairs neighbors. Inside, there are herringbone floors, custom wood slat walls, a double vanity in the primary bath, and a walk-in closet built for a real stay.
The covered patio looks out over the mountains. It’s a good place to start the day.
When you arrive, the kitchen is already stocked with cookware, dishes, glassware, and the tools you need to cook a real meal or pour a proper drink—and then some. I pay just as much attention to the mattresses, linens, and cleaning as I do to how the place looks. The bedrooms have new windows and blackout shades, too.
A note about reviews: I launched Luz in June, and a local guest rented it for its first three months, so its Airbnb reviews are just getting started. I’m a Superhost, and my other condo in this same community has 50 five-star reviews—all five stars. I bring that same level of care to Luz.
The Space
Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, sleeps up to four. King bed in the primary suite with ensuite bath and walk-in shower. Queen bed in the guest room with full bath nearby. In-unit washer and dryer. Dedicated remote work setup with large monitor. Smart lock entry—your code arrives before you do.
Traveling with a little one? A Pack ’n Play is available, and a high chair is available on request. Just let us know before your stay and we’ll pull it out for you.
The Community
Three heated pools, fitness center, and walking paths. Covered parking space #67 included, with additional uncovered parking in front of the unit.
The Location
Between Ventana Canyon and Sabino Canyon, with hiking, cycling, and The Loop nearby. Walkable to restaurants, coffee, and groceries.
