Enjoy its 9-square-meter southeast-facing balcony-terrace, furnished with a table, chairs, lounge chairs, and a parasol, offering a breathtaking view of the pool and the golf course.
The apartment consists of:
- a cozy living room,
- a dining area,
- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, stovetop, refrigerator, freezer),
- a bedroom with two double bunk beds (140 x 190 cm),
- a bathroom with a shower,
- a separate toilet,
- vacuum cleaner, hair dryer,
- TV, common Wifi (extra charge),
- fan,
- radiators, smoke detector,
- shared heated pool accessible from June 1 to September 30,
- wading pool with secure access via code,
- ping-pong table.
The accommodation also features a shared parking area with two charging stations for electric vehicles.
