• No Garage Parking - Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
• Signed Lease Required - To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required. A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
• Security Notice - Your safety matters. For your peace of mind, there is a Ring doorbell camera located in the driveway of the house.
• Early Check-In / Late Check-Out - Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.
• No Events or Weddings - We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted.
• Dog-Friendly with Fee - Bringing your pup? We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 fee per dog. Just let us know in advance!

My extended family absolutely loved the lakehouse. The kitchen was well stocked and the bar seats allowed for many morning gatherings while breakfast was being prepared. The kids enjoyed the kayaks, firepit, cornhole, Connect 4, board games, and ping pong table. We would definitely stay again!
