Wyndham Pagosa's motto is "get out and play" because of our abundance
of activities to keep you as active as you desire. We offer year-round
indoor and outdoor activities in this picturesque mountain resort.
Guests can enjoy premier golf, fishing, and swimming nearby. Onsite
amenities include tennis courts, miniature golf, and a family-friendly
activities program. Check-in is from 5 pm until 10 pm, and contact the
resort in advance if you will arrive after our check-in hours.

Pagosa Springs offers a magnificent geological and cultural history to
explore. 'Pagosa' is the Southwestern Ute word for 'healing waters',
and the soothing hot springs are delightful. The soaring cliffs, jagged
peaks, thrilling alpine pools, undisturbed wilderness, and cascading
rivers may just take your breath away. Historic train tours are a
special treat, and if you'd like to soar even higher, take a ride in a
hot air balloon.

Clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, the units offer a blissful
sanctuary for your family and friends. Enjoy your fully furnished 1 or
2-bedroom unit, with a queen or king-sized bed in the master bedrooms,
and various bedding configurations and unit layouts. Unit amenities
include TVs, telephones, a kitchen or kitchenette with a coffee maker
and microwave, as well as a hair dryer.

Not every two-bedroom unit has a loft.
Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and
electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay
duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly
to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking
price.
This resort pledges to comply with ‘Timeshare Safe Welcome’, ARDA’s
recommended Industry Guidance to promote health and safety in the
Timeshare Industry.
The guest reserving this reservation must be the one checking in and
provide a valid ID and credit card at the time of check-in.
