The house has 3 bedrooms: one room with a double bed, one room with two single beds, and one room with a single bed. It can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people.
It has 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living-dining room, bright and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, excursions, or visits in the area. Air conditioning.
One of the most special spaces in the house is its terrace, with views of the village and the natural surroundings, ideal for having breakfast outdoors, having a drink at sunset, or simply enjoying the tranquility of Ullà.
The location is perfect for discovering some of the most beautiful places on the Costa Brava and the Baix Empordà. A few minutes away is Torroella de Montgrí, with its old town, shops, restaurants, and the imposing Castell del Montgrí. Also nearby are L’Estartit and the Medes Islands, an ideal area to enjoy the sea, snorkeling, scuba diving, boat trips, or outdoor activities.
From the house, you can also easily visit the beaches of the Costa Brava, the Montgrí, Medes Islands, and Baix Ter Natural Park, as well as charming villages such as Pals, Peratallada, Monells, Begur, or L’Escala.
