Step outside to enjoy multi-level decks, lakefront seating, a private dock with cleats to tie up your boat, fire pit, charcoal grill, and jacuzzi tub in the master for a relaxing stay by the water.

We want to make sure you have the utmost convenience! You'll be provided an access code to the back entrance prior to check-in. The owners are local, and will be able to be reached by platform messaging during the duration of your stay.

Located on Claytor Lake, this lakefront property offers a peaceful setting while still being close to local attractions. Guests are less than 15 minutes from Claytor Lake State Park, about 20 minutes from Radford University, and around 30 minutes from Virginia Tech. The home is also just minutes from I-81, making it convenient for lake days, college visits, game weekends, and exploring the surrounding Pulaski, Radford, and Blacksburg areas

The main level features the kitchen, dining area, living room, sunroom spaces, and a pool table area, creating a comfortable setup for group meals and shared time together. The kitchen is conveniently located near the dining and living spaces for easy access throughout the stay.

The home includes multiple bedrooms spread across different levels, with sleeping arrangements suitable for families or groups. Guests will find a mix of private sleeping spaces, shared sleeping areas, and convenient bathroom access throughout the property. There is also a primary bedroom upstairs with its own bathroom space, along with additional bathrooms located throughout the home.

Guests can enjoy several indoor gathering areas, a gas fireplace, laundry access, and comfortable spaces to relax after a day by the lake. Outdoors, the property offers scenic lake views, multi-level deck areas, patio seating, a fire pit, charcoal grill, Jacuzzi tub, paddle boat, private dock, and covered boat slip.

Second level: 3 bunk beds which is equivalent to 6 twin beds and 1 king bed.

Interstate 81 and other main local roads are within a short drive, providing convenient access to Pulaski, Radford, Christiansburg, Blacksburg, and nearby lake-area attractions. Guests can enjoy a peaceful lakefront setting while still being close enough to major highways for day trips, campus visits, and local exploring.

Parking is available on-site in the property’s private driveway/parking area. Guests should park only in the designated driveway or parking spaces and avoid blocking roadways, neighboring properties, or access areas.


- The house is located on a quiet street, please be courteous of the neighbors and keep noise levels low.
- Do not run heating or air conditioning with doors open.
- Ensure all windows and doors are locked when checking out.
- Parties are not allowed, and will not be tolerated. Guests who violate quiet hours (9pm-8am) will be notified once, and then asked to leave on the second violation.

-Please note that during the summer months, non-venomous black snakes may occasionally be present around the property due to the natural environment. While they are generally harmless, we would like to make you aware for your comfort and safety.

Lost Item Return Policy: If you leave an item behind and would like us to ship it back to you, a return fee will apply to cover the handling and shipping process. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe you have left an item at the property.
