Equal parts boutique hotel, elevated cottage, and downtown McKinney escape, this thoughtfully curated 4-bedroom home was created for gathering, slowing down, and making everyday moments feel a little more special.
Located just minutes from Historic Downtown McKinney, Caviar on Pine blends quiet luxury, thoughtful design, and genuinely useful amenities in a way that feels both elevated and effortless. Whether you’re planning a girls’ weekend, family getaway, wedding weekend, staycation, business trip, or a cozy retreat with friends, you’ll find a home that feels intentionally designed from the moment you walk through the door.
The space comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests across four thoughtfully designed bedrooms, each with its own personality and charm. (Plus two additional portable accomodations for young travelers!)
The primary suite features a luxurious king-sized Purple mattress, layered bedding, and a calm, sophisticated atmosphere designed for deep rest. Guest rooms are equally inviting, with curated furnishings, premium linens, and cozy touches that make everyone feel at home.
The heart of the home is the bright, open living area where comfortable seating, collected design details, warm textures, and natural light create an inviting place to gather. A 65-inch Roku television with complimentary Netflix access makes movie nights easy, while a record player adds a nostalgic touch for guests who appreciate slowing down and setting the mood. The kitchen is fully stocked well beyond typical vacation rental standards. You’ll find quality cookware, serving pieces, pantry staples, spices, cooking essentials, and all the little things that make preparing meals easy and enjoyable.
