The property features a double bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor, along with a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room, and a small veranda.
On the first floor, you will find two additional double bedrooms, each with access to a private small balcony, as well as a second bathroom.
Outside, the villa offers a spacious garden overlooking the lagoon (not fenced), a barbecue area, and outdoor seaside-style furniture, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the natural surroundings.
