Escape to the peaceful beauty of Muskoka at this waterfront retreat on Waseosa Lake in Huntsville. Sleeping up to 8 guests, this 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home is designed for both relaxation and fun. Enjoy swimming from the private dock, relaxing in the hot tub, evenings around the firepit, and a vibrant games room indoors. Conveniently located near downtown Huntsville, Arrowhead Provincial Park, golf courses, breweries, and scenic hiking trails.

Thoughtfully designed with comfort and entertainment in mind, this waterfront home offers multiple indoor and outdoor spaces for guests to gather and unwind. The main floor features a warm and inviting living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and beautiful lake views throughout.

The games room creates the perfect hangout space after a day on the lake or during rainy days in - complete with a foosball table, air hockey table, electric game table, and a PS5 with 4 controllers.

This cottage features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. All linens, pillows, and towels are provided for your stay. *If you plan to swim or use the hot tub, we recommend bringing beach towels.

Main Floor:
Bedroom 1 - Queen bed + ensuite bathroom

Lower Level:
Bedroom 2 - King bed + ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 3 - Two single-over-double bunk beds
Bedroom 4 - Two twin beds

There is also a washer and dryer available for your convenience.

Outdoors:
Enjoy true Muskoka waterfront living with your own private dock and small beach-like shoreline area that gradually transitions from shallow water to deeper water off the dock (approximately 3–4 ft). Spend your days swimming, paddleboarding, relaxing by the water, or exploring the peaceful surroundings.

Guests are welcome to use the provided paddleboards, floaties, bikes, and scooters during their stay. A few lifejackets are available; however, we strongly recommend bringing your own properly fitted lifejackets and helmets for comfort and safety.

This property is best suited for family getaways, relaxing weekends, and respectful groups looking to enjoy the surrounding cottage community. It is not suitable for parties, events, or loud gatherings, as the home is located near other family cottages and quiet neighbours. There is a responsible person located on the adjacent property if needed for assistance.
