Step into a bright, coastal themed space designed for relaxation. The main living area features direct access to a private beach front balcony where you can listen to the waves and enjoy the fresh sea air. Bonus street side balcony outside the front door - perfect for watching the historic cars or Jeeps!
The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and all the essentials for your stay, including:
Full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave
Dishwasher for easy cleanup
Plenty of cabinets for your food storage
Gather for meals or game night at the six-person dining table.
Sleeping arrangements for up to 4 guests:
Primary Bedroom: King Bed
Living Room: Pull-Out Sofa
For your convenience, the condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer.
Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire condo, including the private balcony. Your stay includes full access to the building's fantastic amenities:
Direct beach & pool access just steps from the building.
Large, heated outdoor pool with an expansive deck and lounge chairs (open seasonally until September 30th).
Seamless and secure check-in with a smart lock. You will be provided with a unique door code for the duration of your stay.
$60 parking fee paid at front desk upon arrival

Walk to Crabcake Factory, The Green Turtle, grocery store, liquor store, Fractured Prune Doughnuts, Sunsations, and more! Best spot in OC for walkability

This unit was perfect for our small family of four. It was very clean and had several new / or Excellent condition items, such as the king bed, couch and most of the appliances. The bed room is spacious and had plenty of room if you would need to add a small air mattress or crib for a young child. The living room was very large. Balcony was a perfect ocean front view with furniture . The only suggestion I would make is to bring your own set of sheets for the foldout couch, because none were left in the unit for it. Also you may want to bring your own bath towels and wash cloths, bc even though it said linens were included, only 2 bath towels and 1 wash cloths was available in the unit, that advertised as an occupancy of 4. Overall excellent trip and we’d definitely book this property again.
