About this house rental
Villa Casa Zula boasts spectacular views of the sea, the town, and Monkey Hill. From the house, you can even hear the sound of the ocean! In the afternoon, you can enjoy the sunset while relaxing with a glass of wine by the pool, listening to the waves—a courtesy of the house.
Your stay includes a housekeeper who works 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) to perform general cleaning and maintenance from approximately 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
No pets allowed. No service dogs or companion dogs. We are not pet-friendly, sorry.
Villa Casa Zula is located within a small, private gated community with only two houses. Villa Casa Zula doesn't face the public street; it's set back about 50 meters, providing ample privacy. However, for those unfamiliar with Sayulita, the town is usually quite lively, so you can sometimes hear the festivities in the center from a distance.
It's worth noting that Villa Casa Zula's community is on a very steep street, but most cars and trucks can manage it (except when the cobblestones are wet, when many vehicles unfortunately skid). We recommend renting an ATV over a golf cart, as most golf carts won't make the climb.
The villa is distributed over 4 levels:
- 1st level: access road and parking
- 2nd level: Pelicano (2 queen beds) and Gaviota (2 queen beds) rooms
- 3rd level: Fragata (1 king bed) room, living room, dining room, kitchen, half bathroom, outdoor shower, terrace and pool
- 4th level: Garza (1 king bed) room, deck, palapa (with kitchen, living room and dining room).
