Bedroom 2 – Guest: Private bathroom, A/C, windows with ocean views

1. The building requires a registration fee for each apartment (NOT PER PERSON) in the amount of $85.000 / ≈23 USD. This fee grants access to all common areas of the building. This fee covers up to 6 people.
2. Foreign visitors must present a valid passport at the time of registration.
3. Colombian visitors must present their national ID card, and minors must present an identity card or civil registry certificate.
4. Minors must check in with their parents at the time of registration; otherwise, the adult responsible for the minor must bring a permission slip authenticated by the minor’s parents authorizing the accompanying person to check in.
5. A maximum of 3 visitors per apartment are allowed between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. Visitors are not permitted in the building’s common areas.
6. Pets are not allowed under building policy.
