This luxury apartment has both sea views and mountain views in a peaceful neighborhood. It is close to everything, with a 3 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops on the Lungomare (Seafront) promenade including bike lane, tennis, basketball, and beach clubs. Lungomare offers rentals for scooters, bicycles, ATVs and excursions for para-gilding, boating,  diving, and more!  Our free private gated parking has lots of space and is equipped with an electric vehicle charger.  We have a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, high speed WIFI, smart TV, and an AC unit in each room. Two bedrooms with either a queen and king or queen and two singles.   While Albanian water is safe to drink, some do not care for the taste.  So we have provided a potable water faucet in the kitchen sink using reverse osmosis system.
