Upper Floor: Spacious living area, 3 en-suite bedrooms, and a luxury open kitchen.
Lower Floor: Private living area, 2 en-suite bedrooms, and a second identical kitchen.
Flexible booking: This villa is available to book upon request. In consultation, it is also possible to rent fewer rooms (choosing either the 2-bedroom lower floor or the 3-bedroom upper floor). Regardless of your choice, you will always have the entire property to yourselves, and no other guests will be present.
Both kitchens are high-end and equipped with an American refrigerator (including ice maker), wine cooler, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine.
Location & Amenities:
- Utilities included: Normal usage of electricity and water is included in the price.
- Parking: Secure parking on private, gated premises (2-3 cars).
- Facilities: Washing machine, dryer, and free high-speed Wi-Fi are available.
