About this house rental
Kick back and relax in this gorgeous property across the street from Shacks Beach. We have two apartments available for rent a two bedroom on the second floor and a one bedroom on the first floor. Two large covered terraces with tropical lush plants ensure private outdoor space despite the shared pool. Apartments available together or individually. Large gas grill and fully equipped kitchens with Breville espresso machines and Kitchen Aid blenders. Newly renovated in 2023.
The space
Villa Bouret 1 is our one bedroom one bath apartment with a gorgeous terrace and pool views, cross the street and you are at the famous, Shack’s Beach in Isabela and walking distance to (5min) Eclipse Restaurant at Villa Montaña and (25min) Jobos Beach with additional restaurants. All via the beach.
We have a generator and water cistern to make your vacation stress free.
Guest access
We have two large covered terraces, one pool, ample parking , a grass area for pets, laundry room with washer dryer for stays of 3 days or longer. Affordable maid service during your stay if desired. Completely gated property for the safety of children and pets.
Other things to note
This is a property that has 3 separate apartments with their own spaces for relaxation but they share common spaces like pool, parking area. Only two are listed, the third is owner used only, the owner does not use the common areas so the guest have xtra privacy.
NO extra guests ( guests not registered in the reservation) or daily visitors are not allowed in the premises, without prior notification.
Not activities or parties are allowed.
No lifeguard on the premises
Please use at your own risk.
Please supervise your children .
ABSOLUTELY NO DIVING IN POOL for your safety depth of 3 to 4 feet.
All the properties in Shack’s Beach have septic tank systems, as such we appreciate if you throw toilet paper in the wastebasket instead of flushing it whenever possible.
We will be forced to terminate the reservation if this rules are not respected.
