You’ll find a thoughtfully furnished living area with a private bedroom, bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy peaceful moments on the balcony overlooking greenery. High-quality materials, warm colors, and many caring touches create an inviting atmosphere.



As dedicated hosts, we value warm, attentive service—from smooth communication to a carefully prepared space. Flexible self-check-in via key safe means a relaxed arrival with no waiting. High-speed Wi-Fi (video call ready), TV, video-on-demand, fan, and washing machine make both short and longer stays comfortable. A travel cot is available free of charge on request.

The apartment is located in the quiet residential area of Markelfingen, a recognized resort town directly on the Untersee. The surroundings are perfect for cycling, walking, hiking, and swimming. Destinations such as the Hoeri, Radolfzell, Konstanz, Stein am Rhein, and Switzerland are quickly reachable. Public transportation is nearby, and cafes, restaurants, a vegetable stand, and nature trails are close by. You can use your own streaming accounts on the smart TV.



1 pet is permitted. Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted indoors, but is allowed on the balcony. Please be considerate of neighbors and other guests. Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am.
