About this house rental
Welcome to our holiday home located in the secure residence Les Berges du Canal 🌴☀️
An ideal place to relax with family or friends, a few minutes from the beaches, entertainment and shops and the many activities of the region. (see tourist guide on site)
The house can comfortably accommodate several travelers and has everything you need for a pleasant stay:
- Bright and friendly living room
- Equipped kitchen
- Outdoor terrace to enjoy meals in the sun with barbecue plancha.
- Air conditioning
- Wi-Fi
- Private parking space
- Free visitor parking
You will also enjoy the 2 outdoor swimming pools and the heated indoor swimming pool of the residence (open from September 15 to June 15)
A multi-sports field (basketball, football, table tennis) and several petanque courts are at your disposal as well as children's playgrounds and other facilities.

Self-check-in for simplicity 😊
Guests can pick up the keys through a secure key box located on site.
All access and departure information will be provided to you later.

- 10 min from the city center of beziers
- 20 min narbonne
- 15 min from the beaches valras plage, vendres and serignan plage
- A few minutes from shops and restaurants, see the tourist guide in the house
- Catering service (snack bar) are present on site in the residence in summer.
- direct access on foot to the Canal du Midi
- 5 min from the 9 locks of fonserane etc etc
