Apartment Florian - Apartments Schimmel in the house Juliana

The stylishly furnished Florian vacation apartment, located on the first floor of the Juliana building, offers plenty of space for up to four people across 91 m². Two balconies—a south-facing balcony overlooking the grass garden and a lounge balcony facing the spa park—invite you to relax. In addition, guests have access to a large terrace in the lovingly landscaped grass garden for shared use. The apartment combines historic spa architecture with exclusive, harmoniously coordinated furnishings. White-stained floorboards, along with carefully selected works of art inside the apartment, in the garden, and on the exterior of the building, create a special atmosphere. Large windows in the living and dining area flood the rooms with light and offer a view of the spa park as well as a side view of the Baltic Sea. The spacious living and dining area, featuring a comfortable couch, a large dining table, and thoughtful details, invites you to enjoy relaxing vacation days. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and features high-quality appliances, a Nespresso machine including 6 capsules (additional capsules can be purchased from the landlord), as well as a comprehensive selection of cookware and tableware. The two bedrooms are cozy and furnished to a high standard—with comfortable double beds (one measuring 1.80 x 2 m and the other 1.60 x 2 m), cotton bedding, and blackout curtains for restful nights. The modern bathroom features a shower, bathtub, toiletries, and a washing machine. A parking space is available next to the house for your car.

House Juliana is located just a few steps from the Baltic Sea and is one of the impressive, detached villas built in the historic seaside resort architectural style. Built at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, the house still reflects the elegance and unique lifestyle of a bygone era. With great attention to detail, we have carefully and meticulously renovated all of the vacation apartments to a high standard. Among other things, the floorboards—some of which are over 130 years old—were restored, given a white glaze, and resealed to preserve the house’s original charm. The last apartment was modernized in 2026. In the six spacious apartments, open floor plans and light-filled rooms create a special living atmosphere. To achieve this, the solid walls between the living area and the veranda were opened up, allowing plenty of natural light to flood into the apartments. The bathrooms, too, have been designed in a modern style using high-quality materials. Not only is Haus Juliana itself a small work of art: throughout the building, in the vacation apartments, and on the property, you’ll discover a wide variety of art objects and lovingly selected details that give the house its very special character. Its proximity to the town center leaves nothing to be desired. Whether it’s shopping options, charming stores, or a variety of excellent restaurants, everything is there to make your vacation perfect. As a guest, you’ll enjoy an exclusive 20% green fee discount at the Baltic Hills Golf Usedom course in Korswandt.
