• Optional pool heating is available for $50 per day

• Heating must be requested before arrival

• Please allow up to 48 hours for the pool to reach temperature

Parking

• Free driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles

Property Maintenance

• The pool is professionally serviced on a regular schedule

• Landscaping and exterior maintenance may occur periodically

• Garbage and recycling collection follow the local city schedule

House Rules

• Primary guest must be 21 years of age or older

• No parties or events

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

• Smoking is permitted outdoors only

For guest safety and property protection, exterior security cameras monitor the outside areas of the home only.
