Host interaction was nearly non existent. The internet/wifi went down and the entire cooling/heating went out of commission. We had to go get electric heaters to keep house warm at night and fans to keep it cool during the day. I reached out via email/call and couldnt get a response. The house was clean, nice and very comfortable other than that. I would say if the host would be available for issues like the ac/heat and others it would be 5 stars no doubt. Would def rent again if the host could respond.
