Situated in an extremely quiet area, yet just a stone’s throw from downtown, this beautiful home—with its inner courtyard and tropical plants

The layout
The first floor consists of an open-concept kitchen leading to the dining room, a fireplace area, and a TV room. It also features a full bathroom with a shower and an additional bedroom.
From the courtyard, a staircase leads to the bright master bedroom, which has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Also on the first floor are two other bedrooms, which share a lovely bathroom with a shower.
A staircase leads to the second floor, accessible from the large 70-meter rooftop terrace, which features sofas and a large table where you can enjoy the wonderful views of the city and the countryside.
