The space is completed by a sofa bed, offering additional accommodation for two children while combining functionality with design.
The apartment features two exquisitely decorated bedrooms, both with double beds and balconies. One of them also includes an elegant en-suite bathroom, finished in microcement and equipped with a magnificent bathtub overlooking the Giralda.
The apartment is accessible for guests with reduced mobility, as it is equipped with a stairlift providing access to the property and walk-in showers, ensuring a comfortable and safe stay.
Located on a quiet yet central street, the apartment is just a few minutes from the Cathedral, the Giralda, and the Archive of the Indies. Nearby, guests will also find the iconic Torre del Oro, the Guadalquivir River, and the historic Real Maestranza de Sevilla.

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
