And once inside, you'll discover that the outdoor space goes beyond expectations: the apartment features two terraces, perfect for having breakfast in the sun, reading in the shade, or simply soaking up the warm Gran Canaria evenings.
The main terrace has 4 sun loungers, a Balinese bed and a dining table. The front terrace has another 4 sun loungers and chairs, ideal for enjoying the sunrise.
The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, making it perfect for up to 4 guests.
Air conditioning is available throughout all rooms, ensuring comfort all year round.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and everything you need if you love cooking. It also has its own utility room with washing machine, a great bonus for longer stays. The living room features a 65" TV with international channels and sports, and the modern shower bathroom complete a space designed for your total well-being.
The entire apartment has unlimited high-speed WiFi (500 Mbps).
The location couldn't be more convenient: beach, restaurants, supermarkets and entertainment, all within easy reach.
The residential complex has 4 entrances/exits, making it easily accessible from any part of the area.
A full weekly clean is included (for stays of more than 8 nights), with fresh bed linen and towels.
