About this house rental
We rent our charming maisonette with an exceptional view of the Bay of Roses, located in Canyelles Petites, a small family resort between Roses and Cadaqués, still preserved from the hustle and bustle of the Costa Brava. The area is ideal for hiking, cycling and lovers of good food.
Its location is particularly pleasant, on the edge of the Cap de Creus Natural Park, close to shops and restaurants, and only 3 km from Roses with its many bars, shops, fishing port and fish market to buy fresh fish. In the surrounding area, you can choose between pretty wild coves (accessible on foot, by car or by boat) and the large, lively beach of Santa Margarita (5 km away), with its water activities (boat rental, jet-ski, etc.). The region is also culturally rich: Cadaqués, Figueres and the Dalí Museum, Girona and Barcelona.
The house is high up, which gives it a magnificent and unobstructed view of the sea. The descent to the beach is fast (about 10 minutes on foot), but the return is a little more sporty (count more 20 minutes, it goes 😊 uphill). Otherwise, by car, the beach is 5 minutes away with parking downstairs.
It is located in a quiet development with a small communal swimming pool (open from June to September), ideal for children.
Semi-detached and duplex, it comprises:
2 bedrooms (a master bedroom with 140x200 bed and a children's bedroom with 2 90x190 beds) 2 bathrooms, living room, a fully equipped kitchen (large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob) several terraces, large solarium to enjoy the sun or shade depending on the time of day.
We offer simple comfort (no air conditioning, no TV, no wifi, no microwave or Nespresso machine), but its real luxury remains its breathtaking view of the blue sea!

Access: Roses is 80 km from Perpignan (TGV station and airport), 20 km from Figueres Vilafant (TGV) and 160 km from Barcelona.
