This exceptional apartment boasts a charming interior, quality materials and a large terrace with uninterrupted views of the famous Luc Alphand piste. Thanks to its immediate proximity on foot to the ski lifts, shops and restaurants, you will enjoy a stay that combines luxury, calm and practicality. The flat can accommodate up to 4 guests.
The accommodation is made up as follows
- A large, light-filled living room with a dining area (extendable table) and a sitting room tastefully decorated in the colours of the larches.
- A comfortable living area with sofa, rocking chair and television with high-speed fibre-optic WiFi
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with a large bar seating 4 (induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette and fondue machines, etc.)
- The first master bedroom has a king-size bed (180x200), a television and its own private shower room with walk-in shower and toilet.
- A second elegant bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200), a television and a desk area for working in peace and quiet
- A separate bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin
- Separate WC
- Full laundry facilities (washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing equipment)
