Pretty holiday home of 75 m², located just 250 meters from the beach in Sainte-Marie-la-Mer near Perpignan.
With all the necessary comforts, it is ideal for making the most of stays with family or friends.
It offers a privileged location: close to shops, restaurants and summer entertainment, while enjoying a quiet and pleasant environment.

The accommodation
Authentic and comfortable house in a quiet little street near the Port.
Courtyard at the front and back of the house.
Entrance through a large garage facilitating storage and preparations for departures to the beach.
Laundry room / shower room with a small extra shower, a sink and toilet, practical for the return from the beach.

Access to the small, intimate and wooded backyard: furniture for outdoor dining, plancha, parasol, a deckchair

Key collection as well as check-in and check-out inventories are provided by a local concierge, who will remain available if needed and to organise your arrival and departure times with you to facilitate your stay.
Parking is free in front of the house and all over the street.
