Units with view category "Close to Beach" and or "Ocean Vista" are located in the Ocean Dunes/Ocean Vista building. Units in the Ocean Dunes building may have a view to the ocean. Higher level units may have a view while lower-level units may have an obstructed view. Ocean Marsh and Tide Mark buildings are considered "Courtyard View". Sea Cove and Sea Dunes and Main House buildings will have a garden view. Units located in the back of The Ocean Marsh building will also have a garden view.
