The space
This home was renovated for exactly one kind of trip: the big one. Two families, a friend group, a reunion. Twelve people can spread across three levels and still find each other at the pool table or the fire pit.
The Main Living Level
Soaring ceilings and big windows keep the open floor bright. The living area centers on a sleek gas fireplace and a plush sectional. The newly renovated kitchen is the showpiece: green cabinetry, pendant lighting, and an island with stool seating, so the table seats 10 on benches and the island picks up the rest. Sliding doors open to a covered outdoor lounge for morning
coffee or evening air.
Sleeps 12: Four Bedrooms Across Three Levels
• Top floor: the primary king bedroom, plus an oversized bunk room sleeping six across two
twin-over-full bunk sets
• Off the kitchen: a serene king bedroom with plenty of storage
• Entry level near the game room: a queen bedroom with sliding glass doors to the outdoors
Two king bedrooms means two couples never have to negotiate over the good room.
Baths (3): a main-level full bath with spa-style walk-in shower, a second-floor walk-in shower bath with patterned tile, and a top-floor family bath with tub, double vanity, and a bold green tile accent wall.
The Game Room
The fun starts at the front door: full-size pool table, classic arcade machine, a TV lounge, shelves of board games, and a glowing Stay Wild neon sign against a mountain mural. A separate laundry room with washer and dryer sits next door for longer stays.
Outside
The hot tub steams on the deck, the fire pit waits with comfortable seating for s'mores and stargazing, and the covered lounge works in any weather.

You'll have the entire home to yourselves, including the hot tub, BBQ grill, washer/dryer, and driveway parking for up to 5 vehicles.
We're inside gated Penn Estates, which keeps the community quiet and secure. Two things to know:
• The HOA requires a short guest registration form at least 7 days before arrival. We'll send it right after booking. Submitting it promptly avoids the HOA's $100 late fee.
• Please note: This property does not include community passes. Guests will not have access to the gated community's shared amenities, including the pool, lake, and recreational center.
Self check-in via smart lock at 4:00 PM; checkout 11:00 AM.
Other things to note:
Community Rules: Only registered guests (max 12) and registered vehicles (max 5, driveway parking only) may enter Penn Estates. The community patrols actively; unregistered or improperly parked vehicles risk citation or towing at the guest's expense.
Hot Tub: Your private hot tub is included at no extra charge. Pack pool towels for the tub; indoor bath towels are provided. A quick hot tub waiver is required before use. It arrives with your check-in instructions and takes under a minute to sign. Use at your own risk.
Security Cameras: Two exterior cameras (front door and driveway) record motion and sound. No cameras monitor indoor areas.
Stairs: This is a three-level home with multiple staircases.
House Rules: All guests must be 25 years or older unless accompanied by a parent/guardian. No parties or events ($500), no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property ($750), no fireworks ($500), no pets (severe-allergy household), and no more than 12 guests ($50/unregistered guest/night). Early check-in or late checkout is sometimes possible with advance approval at $50/hour; unauthorized late checkouts incur $50 per half-hour.
Before Check-in: All bookings complete a quick third-party ID verification and a standard digital liability waiver. Instructions arrive by email after booking (check spam).
