The enclosed yard is the standout. Fully secured, private, and large enough to use — not just look at. Two elevated balconies sit above the treeline and catch the breeze. Outdoor space this usable is rare in Long Beach.
INSIDE
Modern open layout with a fully equipped kitchen, bright natural light, and clean finishes. King in the master, queen in the second bedroom, flex room that works as a third bedroom or workspace. Three full baths — one per bedroom. Fast WiFi, smart TVs, dedicated workspace, washer/dryer.
PARKING & ACCESS
Private garage fits one vehicle with direct home access. Exterior security cameras around the perimeter (not inside). Quiet residential street close to the 710 and 91, accessible to downtown LB, the port, and the beach.
ONE THING TO NOTE
The AC cooling function is currently being serviced through a builder warranty process. The home has been comfortable — air circulates well and evenings cool down nicely — but I don't want to overpromise until the repair is complete. This is reflected in the rate. If a technician visit is needed during your stay, I'll coordinate it in advance around your schedule.
