Complete with two primary suites, modern furnishings, a gas fireplace and outdoor amenities (fire pit, picnic table, propane grill, etc.), this house has everything you’ll need to craft a perfect vacation.
This home is an ideal base to visit attractions such as Maggie Valley, Cherokee casino, Gatlinburg & the Nantahala Outdoor Center. Shopping and dining are available in the unique towns of Sylva, Dillsboro, and Waynesville. Take a scenic drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway or take a ride on the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad. Step out your door to go fishing, kayaking, floating down the river.

Gas log fireplace is only available from October - March.

This property was amazing! We hosted an 80th birthday sleep over for my mother and her sister and they were all pleased.

Clean, had everything we needed. Requires stairs to access. Quiet, but there is a busy road on the opposite side of the river. Gravel driveway runs between house and river but not a busy one. Porch is awesome. Gas fireplace.
