About this house rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house for rent in Condom, complete with a swimming pool and sauna. It has a floor area of 240 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It comprises a lovely 50 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of around 6,000 m².

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 50 m² living area with lounge and TV
- A 40 m² fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, bean-to-cup coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and dining area
- A library with sofas
- A study with a wood-burning insert (first fire free of charge)
- A separate toilet
- A shower room (with shower)
- A utility room
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200), chest of drawers and wardrobe
- Bedroom 2: with 4 single beds, which can be joined to form 2 double beds (140×190)
- Mezzanine 1: opens onto the living room, where the sauna is located
- Mezzanine 2: opens onto the kitchen, with a single bed
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A private, unheated swimming pool (8×4m), open from 1 April to 30 September and secured by an alarm
- A beautiful 6,000 m² garden facing north and east-west, partially enclosed
- A lovely terrace overlooking the swimming pool, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The house is located in Condom, in very quiet surroundings. Shops are approximately 7 km from the property.
Activities :
- Visit Condom town centre with its Saint-Pierre cathedral
- Visits to small villages typical of the Gers countryside
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (up to 5 vehicles). A car is essential to fully enjoy the region.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Agen train station about 40 km away
- Toulouse airport, about 125 km away
- Bordeaux airport, about 150 km away

- The owners' cat can be seen around the house.

- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions.
