Whether you’re planning a romantic escape, a weekend getaway with friends, or a memorable New England vacation, you’ll enjoy an experience unlike any traditional hotel or vacation rental.
Inside, you’ll find a bright, open-concept living space designed for comfort and relaxation. The private bedroom comfortably sleeps two guests, while the brand-new premium pullout sofa with a comfortable mattress accommodates two additional guests, allowing the houseboat to host up to four guests comfortably. (The pull out coach is in the living room, and not a private bedroom)
The thoughtfully designed kitchen features elegant white shaker cabinetry, black stone countertops, two induction burners, a microwave, and an apartment-sized refrigerator. The spa-inspired bathroom is filled with natural light and includes a shower, heated towel rack, illuminated mirror, and modern finishes throughout.
The highlight of your stay may be the private rooftop terrace. Enjoy your morning coffee as boats drift through the cove, soak up the afternoon sunshine, watch breathtaking sunsets over the marina, and unwind beneath a sky full of stars with the gentle sounds of the water surrounding you.
As our guest, you’ll also enjoy access to an incredible collection of waterfront amenities, including kayaks, paddleboards, bicycles, a barbecue grill, and a beautiful waterfront deck designed for relaxing right on the water.
One of the best parts of your stay is the location. East Greenwich is widely known as one of Rhode Island’s most desirable coastal destinations, offering boutique shopping, charming cafés, vibrant nightlife, waterfront parks, and some of the state’s finest restaurants. All within walking distance of the marina. Leave your car parked and explore everything this beautiful seaside town has to offer.

We had a fantastic time on Living the Dream houseboat. It was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The location was fantastic and we were able to navigate several areas of the state easily. The waterfront marina was peaceful and relaxing.

Our first time renting a house boat and it did not disappoint! Waking up on the boat with the beautiful view from the porch was wonderful. It is a great size for a couple (and one dog). The bed was super comfy, the shower was warm and had water pressure. The toilet was modern and easy and not like you imagine from a boat. The living area was comfortable and a great size. We cooked out on the grill at the end of the dock, took the kayaks to a local beach, and went into town for lattes, world cup games and oyster happy hours. It was really beautiful at night too and very quiet. The A/C worked great on the two days we need it. Darren, the host, was lovely. We will definitely be back and I'll be telling all my friends!

Amazing experience; all the space we needed, beautiful surroundings. Clean, all the amenities, we (and our pup) LOVED it! Close to GREAT restaurants! If you need to relax, do yourself a favor and book this slice of heaven.
