Nestled in a peaceful residential area of Moliets, this authentic Landes-style house immediately charms with its warm atmosphere, spacious interiors and family-home character. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and both filter and Nespresso coffee machines. A separate lounge with a sofa bed provides an additional relaxing space.
The property also includes two shower rooms, one of which is equipped with a washing machine, as well as two separate toilets for added convenience.
Outside, the south- and west-facing terraces invite guests to fully enjoy sunny days and summer evenings around the plancha grill in a peaceful and friendly atmosphere. The beach is located approximately 4.5 km away, while local shops and amenities are only 2 km from the house.
