KITCHEN: sink, 3-burner vitroceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, hood, coffee maker, cabinets with all necessary kitchen items

BATHROOM: shower and sink, separate toilet,
LAUNDRY ROOM: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer
