Starter kit of Essentials included: shampoo, soap, tissue, drinking water, clean towels, dishwashing paste. If you need more for rest of your stay, you can purchase yourself at one of the many convenience stores nearby.
The nearest paid parking facility is located at Stamford Open Parking in Florence Way and they charge Php 50 for the first 3 hours, Php 10 per succeeding hour, and an overnight fee of Php 150. Another option is the Venice mall parking and they charge Php 50 for the first 3 hours, Php 10 per hour in 2 hours exceeding, Php 20 per hour the next hours exceeding, and an overnight fee of Php 150.
Rules
- No additional visitors allowed
- Guests must send IDs of all staying adults by email before check in for building move in clearance
- Turn off Aircon, lights, TV when not in the unit
- Check in times are 3pm to 7pm (if you can’t make it during these times, you can schedule a late check in, the fee would be P300 payable in cash on arrival)
- Check out is 12 noon latest, an additional 1 night stay will be charged for late check outs
- If you break anything you should report it
- Noise level should be kept to a minimum
